Life is complicated enough insurance shouldn’t have to be. Bass Insurance Group understands we all are different with different walks of lives and due to these differences insurance needs differ from one person to the next. It is not a one size fits all – we understand that.

Bass Insurance Group Founders have not spent their entire careers selling insurance; they spent it building businesses. They’ve had to purchase all types of insurance coverages and, in doing so, came to the realization that most agents have zero knowledge of their clients business’ and its needs. They only knew insurance and would do their best to find what was applicable based on their limited knowledge of the industry. Most of the time it was like fitting a square peg in a round hole. This approach makes insurance far more complicated than it has to be. Bass Insurance Group take its time getting to know its clients; from the individual buying their first home to the business owner looking to insure their livelihood. In doing so they get to know their clients current needs and their future vision.

Bass Insurance Group is an independent insurance agency. We work with multiple carriers to provide our clients with choices. We work with our clients to customize policies to fit our clients needs.

The issuing of a policy is just the beginning of the relationships with our clients. Throughout the term of our clients policies we are there; to answer questions, provide insurance advice, but more importantly we are there when you need us the most – at the time of a claim. We walk with you through the entire claims process we advocate for you that’s our job.
